The George Neder Center, 158 Rec Dept Rd, is available for rental to the

public or private organizations when scheduled activities or classes are not in

session. The Center can be rented for activities such as meetings, luncheons, banquets, and receptions. It is approximately 2500 square feet and has the

capacity for 299 people. The center is equipped with twenty 6' rectangle

tables, and 200 chairs. Rental fees are extremely reasonable,rental time

slots are listed below along with the cancellation policy. For more information

Reservations can be made online by completing the reservation form or in

person at the Evans County Recreation Department during regular business

hours(Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) 

Deposit must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Holiday Rentals:

• Cancellation 90 or more days prior to event: Full refund of all fees paid.
• Cancellation 31 to 89 days prior to event: 50% refund of all fees paid.
• Cancellation 30 or less days prior to event: No refund.

Monday through Thursday Rentals:

• Cancellation 10 or more business days prior to event: Full refund of all

fees paid.

• Cancellation 6 to 9 business days prior to event: 50% refund of all fees

paid.

• Cancellation of 5 or less business days prior to event: No refund.

Please note that no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility or on the

premises, including the parking areas. Additionally, the use of any tobacco

products is prohibited in the Center. Room set-up and clean-up are the

responsibility of the renter.
